How do you do the Windows Flip 3D feature on Windows Vista?

I have a bootleg edition of Windows Vista from Vietnam, and I want to work that Flip 3D feature they keep talking about

1. Bootlegged software is illegal.
2. To use flip 3d, press the Windows key + Tab. Note that Aero has to be enabled for this to work.
