I belive you can since PR is a commonwealth of the USA and we also have Social Security.

Yes, you can receive your Social Security Dissability Insurance benefits in PR. But you can not receive the Supplemental Social Security Income.

Of course you can!!! But you need to go through the proper paper work, so they can transfer your benefits, to the proper address.

People have done this changes for years!!! Now there are more regulations and careful, and longer time until they can actually do this, but it definitely can be done.
