How can I stop getting tangles behind my neck,when I wear my hair down?

I have long hair and I like to wear it down ..the only thing is is the huge birds nest that builds up behind my neck..

happens to me to, u just have to keep a brush with u at all times, so when the tangle starts, you can brush it out.

also, u might want to keep out of the wind, or swishing ur hair around so much, that causes tangles too.

]dont use strong hair products, they promote tangles, but tangle-free spray is good :D
