Is it ok to take a complete vitamin which has pretty much (every vitamin in it)....and then take seperate vitamins to enhance the vitamin in take?

I am not just doing this for the hell of it, I acctually have to re-gain good bacteria in my digestive tract so I am doing a detox diet of just veggies and meat, so that means that I need other vitamins such as vitamin C, fiber, Calcium, B6 and B12 since I am not eating grains, yeast startches or fruity citrus foods yet until I clean my digestive system....

So now that you have the back ground info I am taking a ONE complete vitamin each day which has all the B6, B12, Calcium, Vit C, D....ect...everything.....but I am also taking other seperate pills of B6, B12, Calcium, Fiber each day....so that I can REALLY get the amount I need in my system....

Is it ok to take a multi vitamin(that has everything in it) and ALSO take other individual vitamins to enhance the choice minerals and vitamins that I would need more of?

Being involved in nutrition I would suggest to take the world's best vitamins. And they are guaranteed to make you feel better. If you don't mind sending me an email I will give you the name of the web site to click onto.
