Too bad I live in California.
and you may have a tough time.
I stay close to home, my routine is set , I don't do the bar scene.
I stay away from church. I have been on the online date service for years they don't work . they are fun but no one is going to relocate.
But check the local events advertised in the local paper.
More than likely you will have to open the conversation. " You attend these events often??" Good luck!

Have you considered match.com, yahoo personals or other online dating sites? I think it's a good way to meet people you would otherwise not get the opportunity to meet.
By the way, to all the smart *** teens on here who think a woman in her 60s is old....just wait you little turds! Sixty is an awesome age!!

try all the dating websites...i don't think a lot of men in their sixties are hanging out any place specific.
if that doesn't work, maybe you can get a couple 30 year olds and just add their ages up? :)

good luck. I too am 60 and so far nothing has worked. Of course the fact that I am particular might have something to do with it. I myself think that if it is to happen it will, so in the meantime I am enjoying my single life.

In my town, a lot of them hang out at the library, reading papers & magazines half the day.
