i am thinking of taking up a new sport,but i have little money an i want as little hassel as possible,any suggestions?

Soccer. You only need shorts and cleats. A big reason why it's becoming such a big sport for kids now in Canada is it doesn't cost a lot of money and it's great excercise.

Go to the YMCA. They have a scholarship program where you pay according to your income. They have all sorts of sports programs, i.e., they do have aerobics, water aerobics, swimming, exercise machines of all sorts---you should be able to find something there--plus, you can go anywhere in your state where there is a YMCA, so if you visit someone, you can go there too.

Soccer. Buy a ten dollar soccer ball and play in the back yard. It's a ton of fun!

Frisbee golf. the average Frisbee is $4 and I bet there are hundreds of organized clubs in your area. They are usually free and meet every where to play..good excesses, cheap and great place to meet people...

run, swim, jump, it's all free. If you have like a mountian or road bike, try that.
