I would like to know if Yahoo IM has a translator where you can write a message in your language and when you click send the receiving person will receive the message in their own language?

Yes, u can but it depends on what version you have. If u open an IM window there's a thing that says plug ins with a little green puzzle peice icon thing, click that and it shows all thesse plug-in options, and you should find one that says Yahoo!iTranslate

yes and NO, computer translators arent accurate, 1+1 will always equal 2 but, language is not consistant enough for a computer to translate well, for example
" wie viel Uhr ist es?"
is how you ask the time in german, but a computer would give you the literal translation which would be "how many clock is it"
