I've noticed lots of women at my work with kids, but no wedding ring on.

A bakery would be terribly hard on a ring....they would need to constantly clean them to keep the diamond brilliant

It maybe depends on the type of ring. My mum and dad have been married for 20 years and still wear their wedding rings. However my mum doesnt wear her engagement ring as it has a diomand in it that sticks up and scratches and as she works with the elderly they scratch easily so shes not allowed to wear it at work. Either that or they're lying to you. Hope this helps.

I only wear rings, including my wedding rings, on special occasions because they make my fingers swell. After having to have my wedding ring cut off, that was the end of wearing it on a regular basis.

Maybe they are not married or just don't want anything to happen to the ring. Possibly only wear it when at home or not some place where it can get lost. I would be devestated if I lost mine.

I wear mine and my husband died 18 months ago.
Tho I wear it on my right hand, I will wear it until I find a man who I can love. It's a symbol of the love I had, still have for a man who deserves my respect. His ring was on his finger when he took his last breath...

lots of men have kids too and dont wear wedding rings, most of them are single men who have never been married and some of them are divorced as well...

Maybe they are not married. I wear my wedding rings and I am proud to be married...Maybe it is not safe to wear rings at your work.

in some places like if your a jeweler they don't let you wear jewels and did you ever think it might be uncomfortable for them just like some married men don't wear there rings

Maybe because they want a bigger rings frmo their husband or they cheating on them
