well theirs this guy at my school and I really like him, but I don't know if he likes me, somtimes I catch him looking at me and when I look at him back he looks away, and I dont really do anything to make him seem like I like him, should I tell him I like him?

It sounds like he likes you.
I wouldn't tell him you like him, just drop major hints to him. you could tell your mates and then have fun flirting with him.
He'll love it too.

maybe you should try to get to know him first and then afterwards when you two are more friendly, then tell him that you like him
