i heard from someone that actually works at a gym that just sitting on an exercise ball and bouncing for at least an hour a day really helps flatten out your stomach....any opinions? is it true beause i've been sitting on this damn ball non stop!

I know that it helps strengthen ur back.. I had back surgery and when I went to therapy, I did that and it helped my back... I dont know about anthing else... All I can say is keep bouncing and see what happens... Good Luck!

Sitting on one won't do a thing for you. I tried it at my desk (someone said it's better for you...had a backache like crazy by the end of an hour) but I suppose if you sat on one and continually BOUNCED it would help as you are using those muscles yes.

you are the one sitting on the ball non stop.... so have you noticed a difference??

i don,t think so ,but if you lay on the ball and roll back and forth,that will flatten your tum.

i have never heard that, but i guess when you are sitting on it it forces you to sit up straight therefor working your ab muscles.
