Puedes abrirla por favor?
This is the informal way to ask someone to open a bottle of water for you.

Puedes abrir la/esta botella de agua, por favor?
This is more formal, you can either say la or esta.

Puedes abrir mi agua por favor?
Is not correct, people will think you are asking them to turn on the water at your place, lol.

Hey, Kortez, both your English and Spanish questions are incorrect. Water is a non-count noun in both languages. You must include it in a recipient in order to use it in the way you want. For example: bottle of water or botella de agua. So, a correct version would be: Can you open my bottle of water, please?
¿Puedes abrir mi botella de agua, por favor?
By the way, it's "hola", with one "l".
