How would I do this???

On my computer I have a music folder that contains all of the music that I want to put on my Ipod video...Then inside of that folder I have another folder that has all of my videos in it...How would I get my music and videos on my Ipod??????

Start ITunes
From File: go to Import "Folder to Library"
Follow directions and go to the folders that have music and video files, select those
Itunes will import those into your Library
Then, from your Library transfer them to your iPod
