Are you referring to Microsoft Word? You can't; just hit F7.

Right-Click on a toolbar in Word, then chose Customize. After this under the Commands tab chose Tools and in the right side you will see Spelling and Grammar... Right-Click on it and keep the click on and drag it on a tooolbar where you can see the + sign. Close and that's all
