Where is the cheapest place to buy cigarettes in VA or DC?

I am going to VA around DC area and looking for the cheapest place to buy cigarettes? Thanks

Actually anywhere in VA is relatively cheap, they have pretty much the lowest taxes on cigarettes in the country. Make sure you're in VA though, and not in DC or MD because the cost is much higher.
