To do this, you'd have to move to France (or another French-speaking country) and speak only French all the time. You'd have to spend 2-3 hours a day reviewing vocabulary and grammar.
Even then, you probably won't be fluent or speak without an accent. That takes years and years (some people never manage it).

It is not possible to become fluent in one year if you are just taking classes at school. You will acquire a certain amount of vocabulary and structures in that time but to achieve fluency takes many years unless you have the ooportunity to live in a French speaking country or region and even then it would be important that you live in a family situation and that you are living and breathing the French language 24/7.

If you are a student you can apply to the French Governement to become a teaching assistant in France. You'll go to France and be paid to teach English to French kids.
It's a wonderful opportunity to learn a foreign language.

It depends on if you are a fast learner. If you spend an hour on it for a whole year you may be successful. Laso get someone who speaks it fluently and have them to teach you and correct our mistakes as you go. Au Revior
