A lot different. And no, we wouldn't have all been Jews. Judaism doesn't go out and seek converts. And to say there would have been no world is sheer silliness, there was a world long before either Christianity or Islam arose; they are mere babies in contrast to some of the other religions. You guys really need to study some history.
If they never existed we’d be 2000 years more advanced in all areas, particularly science and culture. Europe would have been influence by its various native Pagan religions that existed at the time. Art and culture definitely would have been much different because you have to remember events such as the Crusades, the Inquisition, various Holy Wars, and the Dark Ages would have never happened. This had a heavy impact on history. Also, the destruction and censorship of great works of art considered to be pornographic and or blasphemous, and the persecution of the artists wouldn’t have happened. Missionaries destroying (converting) smaller “heathen” religions and cultures wouldn’t have happened. The scientific method wouldn’t have been criminalized nor ancient medical knowledge lost for a millennium. You wouldn’t have had the endemic of Bubonic plague or Syphilis. All things things had an profound effect on the culture.
As far as the quality of art work itself being effected, if you look at the art done prior to the advent of Christianity in Europe you’ll notice it’s a much more detailed and realistic. Then look at the artwork done after Christianity came into play, it’s primitive, morbid, and degraded. The shift in subject matter from the Classical Age to the Christian Dark Age was stark. The only acceptable works of art were scenes from the Bible or those depicting great 'Christian' events. Art was debased into Christian propaganda – anything not directly relevant to the needs of the Church was ignored.
The vast network of roads, the aqueducts, the heated public baths, indoor plumbing, glass windows and so much else invented by the Greeks and Romans simply fell into disuse when Christianity spread. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that the culture withed as result.
And for some of you to claim that the world would have been worse, The atrocities committed by Christians and Muslims throughout history are hardly a step up from anything. The so-called "barbarians" (the Vikings, the various Germanic tribes, and so forth) were the source of our finest civilized traditions - trial by jury, parliaments, Anglo Saxon common law, and the rights of women, to name a few. Our very word "law" comes from the Norse language, not from the tongues of the Christian lands. We simply did not and do not need Christianity or Islam to be civilized.

Both Christianity and Islam came from the same source. The Bible talks about Abraham and his wife Sara. They were past the prime years of life, so Sara told Abraham to sleep with her maidservent Hagar. She concieved a child named Ishmal, the father of the Islam religion. Later on, Sara concieved a child and named him Issac, the father of the Jewish religion, in which Christianity would later branch off from.
So if there were no Christianity and no Islam, we would still be worshipping the dieties of our ancestors; Zeus, Ra, Isis, Aphroditie, Mars, etc. Or possibly, we would have no religion at all, except Buddhism and Hinduism.

People would have invented alternative religions and there would still be a struggle to determine which would be dominant. There would be no difference.
