Flight attendants are trained to fly on all the various aircrafts in the airlines fleet. Pilots only fly one type of aircraft

I would assume a flight attendant can only fly in one aircraft at a time.

I think that it depends on the route and what part of United they are with. If they are in with the main airline then they fly on all the craft in the fleet but if they are with the commuter side or Ted then they fly on whatever those fleets have

I think it is all diffrent but they send to put more expeenced people in larger planes
