With Firefox itself, no, but if you're using Tab Mix Plus, you can use CTRL + Tab to rotate through the tabs in the most recent order.

Ctrl + T

This will open up a new blank tab and then you can type your address

An older version of it would work with "Ctrl + Enter" in which you can type in the address and then push those two buttons and it'll open it up to that page

Control + Page_Up
Control + Page_Down

I guess it will work in Linux too (not so sure, long time no boot into my Linux system). Control + Tab will not work in Linux's version of Firefox
