I actually have experience with this. My mom got me a brand new car and I took it for a ride with our driver at my passenger seat but I still hit a public utility vehicle.

I got home and told my mom that I did something bad and stupid but by total accident (all the while smiling). I reminded her that I'm her daughter through thick and thin and she can't send me back to the Powers That Be. Finally I told her what happend.

Thankfully her response was a positive one. She told me to just wait for the scratches and dents to accumulate and then later on have it fixed. Another reason why I love my mom!

Anyway, Best of Luck to you.

Be honest dude and put a little charm to it.

Growing up I used to break a lot of things and go through all this anxiety and stress about to tell my mom but really think about it like this..she's gonna find out whether you tell her or not. She's not gonna kill you so just out and tell her. Show her that you're mature and honest. You made a mistake. Sure she'll be upset but she's the woman that brought you into the world. She'll think of an appropriate punishment and it'll all be over soon. She'll definetly have more respect and belief in you if you come clean instead of being secretive or sneaky.

I was 18 when I put my first dent into my Dad's car. He was very cool about it. Most parents are more understanding than their kids give them credit for. Be honest and learn from your mom how not to do it again.

dont lie, just tell her the truth and get that knot out of your stomach...its hard to do, but lieing will make it worse when, cause she will, find out.
