You need calories, good ones, but here is something you might enjoy.

In a little olive oil or canola oil fry a skinless chicken breast or a piece of lean pork or fish. Season with garlic and add some mushrooms if you like.

Serve with brown rice, broccolli, and some Becel if you like.

For dessert microwave a cup of blueberries, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of Splenda with some large flake oatmeal (perhaps 1/3 cup) for about two minutes. Top a scoop of frozen yougurt with this and drink a glass of skim milk.

You'll be satisfied too.
