Peanut butter on a wheat bagle....
Its not as low cal as some options, but it will nourish you and keep you full longer, so in the long run you will consume less calories.
Peanut butter is a miracle food, don't discount it.
Don't eat it straight out of the jar, either :)

1 cup of cherioos cerials in the mornings . Keeps you full and only has 1gr of sugar in it . Spice it up with some fresh strawberries or a cut banana.
that's what i have for breakfast every morning
plus i am shedding pounds

Old-fashioned oatmeal (you can microwave it in about 5-6 minutes so it won't take long to make) will keep you full for at least 4 hours.
