It's not really a question of safety but of practicality.
It's "safe" to have a cat spayed or neutered before having any litters at all, and advisable in that there are too many unwanted animals being euthanised at the pounds. So unless you already have good homes for the kittens and/or it is a purebred cat whose kittens would be especially wanted, do it asap.

Considering the fact that there are so many unwanted cats - who face a sad life in a animal shelter, or worse - you should get your cat spayed NOW! Dont wait for any litters! A Female cats can have litters several times a year, so ... Get her fixed and do not contribute to the problem!

First of all, if you have a cat needing to be neutered, than it is absolutlaly impossible for it to have abaies, for you NEUTER a male, and SPAY a female. Do not let her have morte than one litter, unless you already have a home for all the kittens before they are born. This world is being overpopulated by people who think it is okay to let their animals massivly reproduce, so there fore there are many dogs and cats in shelters that need homes because of the irresponsible people in our world who simply let their animals go unneutered

She needs to spayed, not neutered. You spay a female and neuter the male.
Your cat should not have to go through the process of having babies. Getting her spayed will prevent most of the issues that come up with an unspayed female, cancer of the mammary glands for example.
Get her spayed before she is old enough to have babies.

None...because you can't neuter a cat that does not have TESTICLES, hahaha! Seriously though, she needs to get SPAYED, there are so many homeless cats and kittens that get put to sleep, this just adds to the problem. Spay and neuter ("Speuter") your animals people!

None. I love cats, but there are already too many of them who are starving and have no homes, get killed by cars, etc. Why contribute to it? Even if you find good homes for them, can you guarantee that the owner won't let them run free and therefore put them in danger? No, you can't!
Also, how many litters will the kittens go on to have in later years? Think about it.
Get your cat spayed, please. It's best.

Get you cat spayed! Why are you putting your cat through multiple pregnancies, and producing unwanted kittens. There is no exact number. With every heat she increases the risk of breast cancer. With every heat she is in danger from the males wanting to breed. A lot of unnecessary strain on her body. She will live longer and be happier if you have her spayed.

having any kittens takes a toll on a cat, and not being spayed for any part of a cat's adult life puts them at a much higher risk for getting cancer. Unless your cat is a purebred, complete with papers, please don't let her have any kittens!! Being spayed has been proven to improve life, as well as prolong it. With the number of unwanted cats in the world, letting cats procreate at all is senseless.
