I want wipe my computer clean and add a new operating system. Is it possible to save the software programs i have installed, to a disc. I do not have copies of some. ie nero, cyberlink, dvd shrink. I do not want to lose them.

No, you would need the original installation files. You cant just move a program these days. Some simple programs are stand alone executable files but you wont find much hi end software you can do this with.

it is not possible, because you just dont install in program files but in windows file system itself, and a new one when you install wont have that information.
