one time i took my knickers off, used them and put them in the sanny bin..it is the most annoying thing ever, people should be fined and jailed for failing to provide toilet paper...nothin worse when u sit down, let go and the reach out and hear the sickening rattle of the empty roll...jail jail jail x

Yes. Usually this happens when I am really desperate (and I don't check beforehand). It never bothers me though as I'm usually prepared, or I just shake. It's no big deal.
If you've ever been to somewhere like Reading Festival then minute annoyances such as the lack of toilet paper become the last of your concerns, and you adapt to make the best of a bad situation, hence why running out of loo paper really is no big deal to me.

This happens constantly to me the last time being this past Friday. Always carry tissues on you. I also use it to wipe off the pee the women leave all over the seat when they apparently go standing up like men.

Only every bloody time! Welcome to the nightmare of being a girl out on a sat night, they run out really early on in the night, and you have to resort to finding some in the unused piles of it drunk people leave on the floor, or simpley 'dripdry', which is when you bounce up and down until as much as possible drips off. If it's for a number two, don't know, never done one out before, I would just go home to be honest!

If there isn't any toilet paper, i ask the person next in the next to me. *if there is someone next to me* (i've had people ask me for some).
If not, if i have tissues with me i'll use them. But if not, i'll shake..

Just the once, luckily I had a tissue with me - never making that mistake again, I now always check to make sure there is some.
