I work in a financial istitution, he's a business customer. He's tall and handsome and funny. I am interested but not sure about his side of it, so I drop by his place of business just to see, and he's busy, so I leave. No harm, no foul...until he comes back into where I work and asks why I didn't say hi. Things progress, with us hanging out in groups and him being very very attentive- we have such chemistry, when we talk there's no one else in the world...and talk we do!. He tells me about his ex-gf's, etc and lots of details of his life. Then I get an email out of the blue...he's got a gf...a very pregnant gf. I am shocked but do a little investigating. Only by this time, she's his wife. And still, no ring on his hand. WHY couldn't he have just told me? He had to know I was interested and he certainly passed himself off as single....that's what he told me. Was he deliberately trying to make me look stupid, or is it deeper than that? I would never have guessed him for a player.

From what i understand..he sensed the chemistry that u both have and it was as special to him as it was to u.He just did not want to lose u by saying that he was married.He was just afraid that u wouldn't be that close to him if he says that he's married.He has done a terrible thing to u.But u have to be strong.U have to confront him casually.If u still want to keep the friendship..ask him why he didn't tell u that he's married.Don't be harsh as u both work in the same company and it could bring trouble to u.Life is beautiful..live it!stay strong..take care..good luck:)

Because he's first of all, a liar, and second of all, trying to be a player. A man who looks for something on the side when he has a PREGNANT WIFE is the lowest of the low! I hope you have decided that this guy is not only a terrible guy for you, but also a terrible person!!
You ask if he was trying to make you look stupid? It's not that exactly, it's that he probably thinks you ARE stupid, and that you wouldn't catch on to his BS. In fact, I'd venture to guess that he has NO respect for any woman, which is why he'd go trying to be a 'player' with his pregnant wife at home. What a jerk!!! I'd totally ignore him from now on.

If he is anything like my exhusband. He is just losing interest in his wife and trying to find something new and exciting for a little while. My ex left me to live with his "girlfriend" only to get her knocked up. After being pregnant for 3 months he left her and wanted to come back. Hun dont' get involved in it. You will just be hurt. Needless to say I have been on the side that hurts the most and I hope you don't have to be on either side. Don't let your heart get in the way of your thinking get out of this now while you still can.

OHHHHHHHHHH I HATE MARRIED MEN THAT LIE !!!! i've been where your at!!! and the pregnent wife doesn't help!!! heck she's the one carying his child, i feel sorry 4 her!!! too! im sure you rnot the 1st one hes done htis too!!! the best thing you can do...is be strong avoid him at all cost, only tolerate him at work! and evne then ask for new people to work with if possible ! tgits not you prego!!! and your not at fault!!! here!!! im sure others knew he was marreid at work but decied to stay out of it and minf htere own beeswax!!!! just let it be a lesson learned sooner or later he will get his!!! thats the goo dthing about karma! goo dluck!!

I don't think he was trying to make you look stupid, some guys are just plain buttholes. Probably had something to do with boosting his ego, knowing that other women are attracted to him. Steer clear of that guy, would you want to be around someone who wants to cheat on his wife?

He wasn't thinking how it would affect you, he was thinking of himself. He obviously doesn't love his wife or he would wear the ring and not flirt with other women. Don't feel stupid it's his wrongdoing, just don't talk to him anymore, at all.

well, he would not mention it because "he is a player"...face it there are a lot of players out there!! maybe your number one question should be are you married...up front...but then the real players will say no anyways...
