My upper muscles in my thighs have developed and at first they weren't so big, but they just keep developing more. I am having a hard time fitting into my jeans now- I eat a healthy vegan diet, and my question is how to minimize my thigh muscles- do I stop working out on the elliptical and maybe start jogging? I don't know what to do anymore and want to slim my leg muscles a bit. Any advice?

swtich to three times a week on the elliptical trainer. you are doing great . i would work out smarter. smaller weights more repetions for toning. i love yoga and pilates. it gives you an incrediable body. And i enjoy it.body pump is the bomb. check it out. take care . and keep it all that work is for nothing if you dont eat healthy drink water and leave stress and negativity behind! You go! be happy and enjoy your self and love your whole self body soul and spirit on its journey to get where you going

I got the same problem and I am a guy, hate to look like Jay Lo. Nned to alternate. Walking is also real good. Than move into jogging gradually. Remember, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Its the entire body, trust me.
