Timsbury Lake, Romsey. Who owns it?

For many years I have been interested in finding out who owns the large lake alongside Bunny Lane in Timsbury just to the North of Romsey, Hampshire. I would be interested to enquire about the fishing rights to this water. Can anyone help? Regards, Kelp.

It is owned by the council..

Bella says it's owned by the council, but this needs to be proven - go to the nearest pub and ask, or ask any angler you see fishing it if you can see their season or day ticket, just for information.
