My guy friend and i get on really well. Theres a lot of things he does that makes me wonder if he actually likes me more than a friend. I don't want to actually ask him yet incase i'm reading too much into it. He's 24 and has never mentioned girlfriends but does talk about girls but in a way as though to see my reaction. He's always wlling to do things for me, holdng doors open, doing extra work to help me etc, he walks me home if we work late and from days or nights out, he looks right at me while talking and kind of leans on doorways etc looking at me really nicely, he stands close to me a lot, he's always doing things with his mouth while he's talking either licking his lips, moving his tongue around and biting his lip, but also he like blames me for stuff and is kinda bossy, all jokingly but could even this be signs that he likes me? I've known him for nearly 8 months now, is it even too late for anything to happen?

You better act on it! I was once that guy so I know for a fact he's into you! He's probably really shy about telling you upfront because he's afraid of rejection. Yes, we as men sometimes become afraid of you women!!
What you should do is use a "what if" scenario with him. One day when you're alone with him and u 2 are joking around about something, ask him this question while in a playful voice "what if we started dating do you think it would be fun?" I gurantee his reaction will go from joking and laughing to nervous and stuttering. When he finally mumbles some answer, just tell him then that you're not joking and that you want to be with him.

Being friends before you date him is a very good thing. You have to go with your heart on this one. You can get all the answers on here you want, but only you know how you feel about him. I would say... Go for it ! I think women need to show some interest when interested in men because were not mind readers.

Maybe a better question is: Do YOU like HIM?
If so, why not throw him some signals? Holding doors open for people is politeness and courtesy, not necessarily love. He sounds like a nice person, though - and if you like him, you should try to make an effort to let him know. Why be passive and constantly wondering??! If you want something in life, you have to go get it!

I think he's the shy guy type. Eventhough he can talk to you well, he won't be able to confess his feelings sooner or later because he still wants you to notice him and by the term notice I mean make a move first and the rest will follow.

Well, I think there could be a connection between you guys. Let him keep treating you that way, and if you guys are really good friends, you should ask him. If he says no, then things should be the same. And if he says yes, go for it!

it could be that he's just being himself, and thats the kinda person he is. but i get the feeling its a little more.

the best way to find out is to make a move - if he accepts, he's into you. if you feel bold, when you're with him, lean in a little as if to kiss him, if he leans in too, you know he likes you too.

good luck!
