ok well i grew up in a blak family i was adopted im peurto rican and the school where i go to every body is black ok well some girls dont let me play with them cuze iam not black im all most there skin color light caramel but its just to girl who wont let me play rest of the people
are all cool and they treat me with respect and iam only 13

They are racist. I'm sorry that you're going through this, but welcome to the real world. Find someone like yourself to befriend - someone else that doesn't fit into their "world".

I think maybe their just too young and immature to realise their ego's completely consuming your desire to make friends with them. Even ppl of other races do this to ppl of the same race... as well as to other races and so on. It makes them feel better to be so mean to you. Maybe try to show them something u can do that they aren't capable of. If u can't beat them, join them in their silly little game otherwise I am thinking it's going to be tough for you to get along with them otherwise. If they aren't goin to respect you for your good nature and your unique qualities they are not worth your time and they will indeed be looking up to you some day when they realize they were being so childish. But again play along if u can.... I remember when I was younger some of the popular girls didn't like me cause I was considerably intelligent as well as artistic n creative... I think they're excluding you more due to a fear than anything else. Just love yourself and be you, righteous is she who maintains her integrity. --

it could be a number of things. it could be racism or bullying or even them being teenage girls. thats not as silly as it sounds. i've known young girls to hate each other without even speaking. maybe because your different they think your easy prey. maybe they see you as a rival in some way. or maybe they are just spiteful. either way it would be best if you remain calm and confident. if you get angry with them they will use it against you. but confidence gives them the idea that you know something they dont. you seem like a beautiful person who has a lot of bad things happen but you also have alot of people who love you. just believe life will get better and it will. i wish you luck .

Ignore the ones who are prejudiced. Why would you want to play with girls who think they are better than you just because you are not the same skin color or not tall enough or not skinny enough, etc.? They are not they kind of "friends" you need. Play with the girls who accept you for "you". In the long run, it is you who will prevail if you don't become like them.

Kids are cruel for alot of reasons. They may have been brought up to look at color, they may just feel uncomfortable as they see you looking different, and they could be jealous. I bet you are a beautiful young lady and they may wish they looked more like you do. Be honest with them. Say, "hey, I'm just me and I'm the same as the rest of you are. I'd like to be welcomed and liked for me, but if you aren't willing to give me a chance at being your friend, I will find others that will." Let them know you are proud of who you are and you are confident in yourself. Their being mean is a reflection of them, not YOU. It has nothing to do with you. So, chin up, walk tall and be proud! They'll come around someday!

The girls being not so friendly are probably jealous of you and get a kick out of shunning you off. This is a life trial. You will get through it. Worry about your education #1 and your adult life will be a great, and happy place. You only have five more years of regular school so go make the best of your learning's! Trust me. Please.

Everywhere you go in life, there will be people who don't like you, no matter HOW nice you are. The best thing to do is ignore it, and don't let it get to you.

They are being racist. You shouldn't hang out with anyone that doesn't like you because of your skin color. Find some people at that school that aren't racist and hang out with them.

I guess you should ask them your question. Ask them why they are mean to you. This is just another case of discrimination. Be open with them and maybe they can be open to you.

maybe thier prejudged and just being nasty to you thats not treating you right god and his son jesus loved everyone no matter what color people shouldn't judge by one's color
