Be careful about putting too much stock in an IQ. An IQ of 112 is at the upper edge of the average range of human intelligence (80-120) but I wouldn't go bragging. The IQ measurement can only measure a small subset of human intelligence and is really only valuable as a measure for how well you like and how good you are at the silly little questions and puzzles that they asked you about. An IQ of 112 means that you are a smart enough himan being that you will be able to do what you want to in this life. The worst thing any human can do is know their IQ and assume that is means something. There are members of MENSA that are homeless and have IQs in teh 150-160 range. An IQ of too high is enough to be diagnosed as insane. I have an IQ that is much too high for my own good but I can barely catch a ball because I am totally incapable of judging space and distance. Your worth as a human will be judged by what you do, who you touch and how you live, not by a silly number.

Is it an online test? If so the results are not credible. What is the standard deviation? the answer: 112 iq for someone 37 years of age is exceptional. 112 iq for someone 66 years of age is exceptional. 112 iq at the age of 16 is exceptional. Someone with an iq of 112 is outscoring 80% of the population. At the age of 16 that is remarkable and not even the full potential. Be advised however, the majority of iq tests online are bogus.

An IQ test is to determine how well you would perform in an educational environment. A 112 IQ is good enough for a bachelor's degree in college, and depending on the major, you probably could achieve a Master's degree with a 112.

Not particularly . An I.Q test has the same result whatever your age . It is not a test of general knowledge that improves with age . If your I.Q is 112 at 16 it will probably be 112 when you are 26 and 36 etc. An I.Q of 112 is bellow average .
