you need a tv tuner to watch tv on pc.

There are many softwares which let you do it, but a pre-requisite for it is a TV tuner card in your pc. if you have it you can even listen to FM on PC!!!
If you ever bought a TV tuner card, a software is accompanied on a CD; with it which lets you do it.
TV tuner cards dont cost much !!! now a days.

there is no software like that. unless your reffering to a TV tuner device that installs to your computer. I don't know where to get one but i know people have em.

i lately put in winamp, that's an truly good programme it alows you to hearken to all forms of radio stations and also watch television shows, have not watched a lot yet, i put in it for the music, so that you would wanna attempt that, strong success
