I recently lost 45 lbs. and was able to keep it off for over two years. After a stressful out-of-state move that included having to sell my house and start a new job, I have gained 10 pounds. I understand how important breakfast was to my weightloss effort, but I have less time to prepare those breakfasts in my routine for this new job. I'd like some ideas for foods that I can eat for breakfast while sitting at my desk -- something other than the bagel and cream cheese I really want -- that are both healthy and will keep me going until lunch.

Maybe you could try joining weight watchers, they have a great plan for eating and give you tons of ideas of what to eat, they tell you what is good for you and what you should avoid. Since it sounds like you don't have a lot of time you could try the online version, that is what I'm doing and trust me, after the first week you can really tell a difference. The best thing is, is that you can eat whatever you want, you just have to eat it in moderation and keep track of the points, or even if you don't want to keep points, they even have a plan where it is just simply a list of things you can and can not have.

Low fat drinkable yougurt. Or how about slim fast? It works great for on the go meals. I also like chewy granola bars.
Keep an a few pieces of fresh fruit at your desk to snack on till lunch.

You could try keeping a stock of granola bars. Or perhaps hot pockets, if you have access to a microwave. That's not the best way to eat, but it is convenient!

Good luck!
