I try. I close my eyes about 10. I'm 11 years old an I'm in 5th grade. When I go to school I feel so tired..... When I read I almost fall asleep and my freinds even notice that I look tired! What can I do that will make me fall asleep?

im in 7th grade and im 12.... its ok.. i had the same sort of thing... i found a way to get me to bed. I used to lay in the bed for at least 1-2 hrs.. sometimes 3 and by then, it would be like 2 in the morning... i found a song that lured me to sleep.. no it wasnt any nursery song, it was actually the song beep... sometimes i put my radio clock on a sleep timer.. and it gets me to bed... its ok.. ur not alone..

i told my parents... they just laughed.. but hopefully, ur parents are a little better... tell them. find a way to sleep. and its ok.. i mean, u'll get into habit... and when you wake up, wash ur face with reeeely cold water... and if people at skewl say u look tierd, wash ur face again with cold water... is there anything bothering you? message me.... and cause im ur age, ino how it is laying in bed being bored and cant getting ur eyes to rest.. message me....

Me too. did no longer get to sleep until eventually some million a.m. and that i had to be up at 7. I awakened very drained, particularly because of the fact I tossed and grew to become all night. And while i eventually fell right into a snooze deep adequate to dream, I had a nightmare. what's up with the universe?

Cut out the Caffeine 6 hours before bed. You may have allot on your mind. Stop thinking focus on sleeping learn to relax your body and drift off to sleep.

take melatonin a 1/2 hour before you go to bed. It is a chemical produced in the brain. Also, have a set routine before you go to bed each night. =] good luck.

Ask every night before you lay down at night ask Jesus to allow you to have a peaceful rested good night sleep it work,s every time..God bless you sweetie...You are special in His sight....God bless the USA and Israel and All

try being more active during the day and you will be worn out more at night so its easier to sleep. i find listening to white noise helps me get to sleep. (white noise is the noise the t.v makes when it goes all fuzzy)

less sugar. exercise, drink water, before going to bed try a warm bath. www.americaninsomnia

if u drink coffee at night den never do cuz after it u cnt fall asleep.
