First off I would like to say that whatever advice I recieve here I know I should not take too seriously and that I should really consult my doctor. But the advice from real people who might have had the same symptoms at some time or another some how make me feel better. So, with that said, lately (more often than not) I have been feeling very ill. I feel very withdrawn and all I want to do is sleep. I feel nauseous at times, but I rarely vomit. I am worried constantly about things like money and my relationships with my family. My mother has been diagnosed with anxiety and she has panic attacks, when I talk with her it sounds like what I am experiencing. I don't want to worry too much about this but if it is affecting my health I know I should do something about it. I guess its just fear of finding out some bad news...So please any advice, suggestions you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Definitely see a doctor. If you're worried about taking meds, tell your doctor this. There are other ways to treat anxiety disorder if you're not comfortable with meds. Also, try to figure out your triggers. Mine is not getting enough sleep. It's good that you realize that there's a problem. Many people don't and just suffer in silence. Good luck!

my fiance' has the same thing...

panic attacks, worry, stress...

she has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, but has not yet had to go on medication.

i would say that is what you have, probably should see a doctor to see if you need meds.

hope this helps.

This sounds more like depression than anxiety. You are right to go see a proffessional - there are very good medications nowdays for both conditions. You should be in therapy also.

It sounds like anxiety to me. As you said, you really need to see your doctor. There are many ways to treat anxiety, so don't put it off. You don't have to suffer.
