I need to know when she says you can eat 'a lot' does she indicate what kinds of foods or actual recipies you need to cook on a daily basis....with my busy schedule that's hard to do? Does anyone here know if this acutally works? Thansk!

i have read her books, she recommends food combining, meaning, proteins with proteins and vegetables, carbs with carbs, no proteins, but with vegetables ok..and lots of water of course..it is in her book entitled Be a Loser, you might be able to get it at the library or on eBay..i am wondering about the exercise program itself. i have done the aerobic breathing, and yes, i did lose lots of inches with it. haven't been doing it lately, was wondering about this 7 shapely secrets though..

A diet time table for each day for 7 days on a permanent basis is the best with option( of course to change if you need )
