Im a bartender and people order mostly...
A. Jagerbombs
B, Sunkists (Rasp Vodka dropped in redbull and Orange Juice)
C. Any vodka or flavored vodka mixed with redbull
D. Southern Comfort and Redbull
E. Wiseass (watermelon Pucker/ tequila dropped in redbull)
F; ROCKETPOP(this is a really good drink , not shot ) Tall glass with ice first.....put in Island Blue pucker ...then redbull almost to top, then layer Blavod (black vodka that floats on top) The drink is 3 different colors it looks really cool and gets ya crunked!

Red Bull is of course popular with Jager:

Red Bull and Any flavored Vodka is always popular.
but I hate seeing people order it with high end vodkas what a waste
Red Bull and Bourbon is different:

Red Bull and and Schnapps/cordial, but its your headache tomorrow
Red Bull is a stimulant and doesn't digest to quickly so be careful, its like mixing uppers and downers, from the 70's ask your parents about that crap, a roller coaster of fun.

You sound like you've been experimenting.
Keep in mind that RB (or any energy drink) will mask the effects of the alcohol.. at least, to the drinker. Your BAC levels will go up, you will lose hand eye coordination, and, if you're not careful, you could die of alcohol poisoning and not even realize it.
Normally, RB is mixed with vodka, because the vodka imparts little to no flavor to the beverage.

Vodka, mind you to get you really tipsy try mixing a blue WKD, an orange Bicardi Breezer and a Smirnoff Ice in a jug or pint glasses - its called a fat frog, very tasty !!

Red Bull's are not good to mix with ANYTHING! Just have one and have it all by it's little lonesome.
In fact, red bull drinks are a one off energy drink, not a way to quench your thirst or mask the taste of alcohol!
Haven't you read the warning label on the can???

vodka, champagne and red bull. The bubbles in the champagne makes it go straight to your head! Guaranteed to get you drunk so be careful!!
