It's in russian for sure and it means
the song "Find away" and understand, everywhere i heard this song people said that it was sang by a subj singer, but my neighbour asserts that he saw a clip and this song is sang by Eminem.
сабж - (that, what is mentioned in the name of the theme ) it came from english subj or subject
раздуплить - to understand (it's a slang)

It's Russian with some slang words which is why google and altavista translate it weirdly. It means:
The song is "Find Away" and I need an explanation, everyone says that its the person we're talking about who sings it, but my neighbor swears that he saw the music video and that Eminem sings this song.

Russian
according to babelfish.altavista.com here is the translation:
song Find Away you razduplite, where it did not hear this song they indicate that this sabzh fulfills, but my neighbor asserts that the clip saw and it fulfills this song
This translation may not make much sense, but if you know the context in which it was written, then perhaps you can extract the real meaning.

Almost looks hebrew or arabic but to tell you the truth, I honest don't know. Some of the symbol look somewhat like Roman Numerals so it may also be a mix of languages.
