Cellulite is a build up of toxins trapped between fatty tissue. in order to reduce cellulite you need to remove the toxins.
Drink plenty of water
Dry body brush to increase circulation
A supplement of Kelp can help to boost the metabolism
Havin a regular massage can help break down the fatty deposits
Reduce alcohol and cigarette intake and try to break the caffiene cycle (coffee etc)
To kick start the process do some research into detoxing, juicing etc. Very much the same advice but don't expect over night results and remember its an ongoing process....the cellulite can return!!!

Yes, work out helps, however many fit women have cellulite as it formulates because of a lack of blood circulation as we sit a lot. The good way to prevent it and get rid of it is to get a wood brush or any hard brush and massage the area affected with the cellulite for a few minutes until you fill warm sensetion. Do it every day before going to bed.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite is toxin build up within your body, the answer is to stimulate the lymphtic system and break down the toxins that are in there...basically a detox.
It is much miore worth your while to do a reliable one than some fad poste on someone's myspace so here are the two alternatives I would try...
The first option rally worked for me, it requires taking 2 capsules a day for 3 months, you need to do this at least twice for it to be as effective as possible, following that to maintain the results, a healthier lifestyle is required obviously to reduce your toxin intake.
The second option is ionithermie, the lazy way, if you are taking medication this is your only option...applying algae directly to the concern areas to break it down.
Both options require dedication and persaverence and can seem quite costly to begin with...if you want to start slow try body brushing, elemis does the best ones!

Products that claim to get rid of cellulite are scams. The only ways to remove cellulite are through weight loss via a healthy diet and proper excercise or by liposuction.

As far as I know that cellulite is nothing more than cells that are so inflamed with toxins and fat deposits (hence cell-ullite which means "cell" - "inflammation") that they push up against the skin and create a lumpy appearance (like cottage cheese). Any physical activity that gets your blood and lymphatic system flowing should flush the fat and toxins out of the cells and stop the inflammation (which reduces/gets rid of the cellulite). In my opinion you cannot solve your problems with creams, lotions, wrap treatments, diet/fat burning pills. It's just a waste of money.
A good program I found online on how to get rid of cellulite is here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539
Good luck!

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism. The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism.
There are treatments out there that are supposed to be able to help with both the fatty tissue and the connective tissue. The treatments reduce the fat and provide elasticity to the connective tissue. Some of their names include Mesotherapy, Velasmooth and Endermologie.

I am a beauty consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics and they have a new product out called Timewise Cellu-Shape. Its great. I had a baby a whole 11 1/2 years ago and just started using it myself and it has totally lightened and shrunk the appearance of my stretchmarks. Also, the other ppl are right too, dont sit around alot, get plenty of exercise and drink lotsa water. Do these 3 and in time you will totally see a difference. If yer not a fan of excercise atleast drink yer water and try out the CelluShape, it's worth it. Good luck!

cellulite- herbs, massage therapy, they have treatments now with lazers and all... Scars- massage therapy- cross fiber friction- they can intertwine those tech.s in a simple swedish full body massage. Or creams to help- neoscorin (?sp). Hair- herbs, some natural remedies. Skin problems- herbs again, there are essential oils and creams that also help. - best for each find a local certified herbalist and they'll get you started.
