i've got a tiny weeny flat **** and it does my head in!! my man loves big round bums and i feel a bit inadequate cos of it.

anyway, i hate squats, they make my thighs BURN, but are they the only solution? if they are, thats fine, ill just keep doing them, but i really want there to be an alternative.

theres 3 things that make a bum a certain shape..

first, it can be the shape of the pelvis, as in south american types of build

second it can be fat, poor diet, too much fat, not enough exercise, or a slow metabolism

third, it can be to do with muscular development.

I think squats really shape up your bum well, and your thighs as well. You could try lunges as well, u can go lighter with them, use dumbells for them. Or split leg squats, which is what i prefer to lunges, because then u can really focus on working the muscles well. You could also try step machine, or better still, the versa climber! but remember to do proper steps not just little ones, that way u get a better range of movement.

But i think its unatractive to be really muscular and not have any fat, so some fat is good, but not too much or it will look too flabby

squats are good, but you can also do lunges. or ride a bike
