Try to spend some alone time with her. If she's your best friend you guys probably already hang out, but try to do something just you and her. And then when it's quiet and ya'll are in a slightly calm place, tell her you have something to tell her. After her reaction lean in closer and whisper, "I love you." If she's a normal girl, this will blow her away. And odds are if you guys are close she may feel the same way. After her reaction, explain to her that you're not content with being friends with her, because you want so much more.

Ooh, Ooh, I kno how to do this! Ok, this is really, really easy.
1. Hang around her more, u kno become a really good best friend, invite her places. tell her nice things about herself.
2. Start flirting!
3. Give her a bit of a hook, u kno, a hint that u like her. She'll get the idea.
After u do all of this, just sit back, and see how it goes.

It took me a few years to finally tell my best friend how I felt about her but I did finally tell her. When I told her how I felt it was a little weird between us for the first few days but it finally settled into a great friendship that has lasted over 10 years.
If you feel comfortable enough around her, and you know how she might react, just tell her.

Awww... that's so sweet. Just try to give her the hints in subtle ways. She will start to get it, believe me. Then take how she reacts to it and go from there. If she reacts positively, which she probably will, then make your move from there. Go slow though, you don't want to scare her. Good luck and God bless!

Well if you have been kissing her, then tell her "I love you" right after giving her a kiss.
If you have not been kissing then give her one and then tell her.
P.S. I am a woman and that is what I liked when my boyfriend told me he loved me.

mayb just slowly give her little hints or just tell her. if you've ever seen her looking at you then she mite like you too. but i'd be carefull if she has ever asked you about another guy... recently.
