No pills really work. Several companies have just been sued by the FDA for false claims and have to pay millions in fines. Look up their active ingredient and you will see that most of them are placebos. Liposene is actually a root that expands when you take it making you full. Unfortunately your stomach does not get smaller so when you stop taking it you still have a big appetite.
Other pills are caffeine based and make you hyper. Others use hoodia which is a plant that some native Africans eat. Because these people are skinny they assume it is causing weight loss. There is no evidence.
The FDA has said that some pills actually may cause weight gain.
Exercise and eating less/healthier food is the best way. Sorry no magic pills.

If there were, don't you think EVERYONE would be using it? Think about it.
This is why diet pills don't work for long term. They fool the brain into believing the body is full and that is a bad thing. You need proper nutrients and exercise for the body. Diet pills eliminate nutrition and exercise, thus slowing down the metabolic rate and how can you lose weight with a slow metabolism?
Maintain a balanced diet and exercise. Then you'll keep the weight off.

I have to tell you, there is no such thing as a diet pill. Only pill makers getting rich from people eager for the quick fix. COMMON SENSE in diet works. Low fat, high in nutrition, avoid diet sodas and drinks, too...the sugar substitutes wreak havoc on digestive systems. Check best advice from your doctor.

Nope. You just have to settle for good old exercise and sensible eating. It"s not as tough as people think. Don"t think it has to be all or nothing!! For example, I joined a gym and all I did there was walk 2 miles every other day on the treadmill. I eat 4 or 5 small, sensible meals a day during my work week, then on my days off I do what I want--beer and pizza!! After 1 month I lost 7 lbs. and I don"t feel like i'm deprived, but I do feel much better physically. good luck!!

Xenical. I lost a ton of weight with them. You can only get them with a prescription form your doctor though. They have some unpleasant side effects though, so you would probably want to read up on them first.
