how many situps is it recomended to do? and should they be combined with any other exercise?

I would say do at least 50/day if you can, if not at the same time, try half in the morning and half before you go to bed, and I also do aerobics and/or run on the treadmill at least 30 min a day everyday.

as much until ur stomach is like burning then to s much as u can after that and yes do alot of excersizes combined with sit ups
