hey im 15 yrs old and 120 pounds and 5-6 height i have been working out like 3 months now and i like kinda can see my 6 pack but i like want it 2 be better and i want to have a V on ur like rite bottom stomack u know im lik exircising doin sit ups, push ups,weight lifting,knees lifting but i want it to be like better lookin u know perfect body can u help me about please thanks

You cannot get a six-pack until you are 21 yrs old.

For the most part, keep working on the abs, and then you have to just lose body fat to increase the definition of the muscles through your outer layers.

If you've already cut all refined carbs, you might need to cut dairy. People have a lot of different methods/tricks. You'll need to really look at some resources. http://www.johnstonefitness.com is one of my preferred sites. There are many out there.

Get a book on abdominal exercises to guide you. You can find one in your school or local library if you do not wish to buy one. Ask your coach or phs. ed insrtructor for help.
