Simply because someone isn't actively "looking" for something, doesn't mean they won't accept it or appreciate it if it comes their way.
I'm not "looking" for a boyfriend but I still date and am very open to forming a relationship with someone should I meet a guy with whom there is a mutual desire to be together.
Perhaps these women you mention simply enjoy male company and going out...and if they "click" with someone then they may be open to something developing...if not, why not go out and have a nice time?
If you are only interested in dating someone who is a girlfriend prospect, then make it clear up front that you do not casually date and if the woman isn't at least open to the possibility of a relationship with someone, then you two needn't waste each other's time.

cuz it is platonic ,i always ask my god brother to go out but it does not mean i love him.friends can be girls or boys.there is no restriction to it.so i think it really depends on individual.some might go out with guys as friends while others would not,unless they r the boyfriends.

women are crazy.... Plan and simple.. dont go out with them if you dont want to, if you feel u r being lead on.. I will tell you this, a women cannot decide who she likes just as much as a guy can decide who he physically likes, think about it.
