Outside of services, start a conversation with her. Try this for 2-3 times, and then tell her you'd like to see her sometimes, if she would like. Give her your phone # and ask her to call you, if she'd like. I know, I would like that better.

I am a woman and IF I were un-attached and IF I were open for dates, I would be pleased should I be asked out for a nice friendly lunch after church. I may have plans for the day but next Sunday or a day during the week would be wonderful!
Strike up a conversation with her as you leave church! What better way to meet someone who has your same belief but at your own church!! God, knows our hearts, right? So, if we are to 'go forth and multiply' you can't very well do it if you haven't met the right person!
Good Luck!
P.S. Keep it simple! Let her choose the place to go!

If you like someone and want to get to know them better. Ask for their telephone number! For goodness sake! Does it matter whether it's in the church, office, park or shopping mall?

God will not take offense, God is not just in the church building, He is everywhere and with you all the time. He won't mind.

People might mind but why bother about them?

I don't see a problem. After church ask her if she would like to have lunch with you...at least get her number. But I would wait until after church. Sit close by her so you can make sure she doesn't leave before you get a chance to ask. Good Luck!

Does your church have festival days? Then ask her to attend one with you. Or meet her there? Most churches have social activity groups.
Of course you could go up and talk to her after service, just be polite and courteous, etc.
Does she have family or friends you could be introduced through? Maybe the priest could introduce you to her.
Good luck!

There is no coffee hour after the service? That would be appropriate. And there are no church socials? ......

You must understand that all activites that are good activities are appropriate ... you must not see your asking her out and wishing to make friendship as an evil act .... it is not! How is it that aksing someone out is bad? You could also speak with the minister ..... that's it ..... he should have some suggestions.... ok? Godl Bless!

Ask her to coffee after church. That's what would be better, and then while you are sipping away, ask for her number or even her e-mail. Good Luck. There's absolutely nothing wrong with meeting someone at church and wanting to get to know them better. In my opinion, what better place could you meet someone that might share your values.
