Yeah, once you're needing 32, get a 36 or 40 incher.. 32 will be too small too quickly for you. Costco is a blinding position to get a sturdy deal. Vizio has tremendous get entry to point or second room television's. Had a 32, bumped as a lot as a 40 2 and both are virtually as sturdy as my 40 six inch Sony Bravia interior the the front room.

Careful on the cheapest - mine died at almost 13 months old and they do NOT have repair parts for it (and the warranty was just for 1 year (12 months).
Cheap can be VERY expensive.
Make sure about the retailers return & coverage, sears does not cover well !

Repair, a much bigger $$ issue than people realize !

there are many kinds of flat screens, plasma, lcd, even crt. But I have seen the best deals on www.buy.com and they offer free shipping. I got the LCD and I would go that way again.

I bought this one, and I'm fairly happy with it:

I'm now looking at a bigger one, and one that is full HD. But this was a great "starter LCD".
