if a cottage pie is made with beef and a shephards pie is made with lamb what do you call it if it is made with chicken? (other than a chicken pie)

It's chicken "pot" pie.

Good question!
Lamb is Shepherds, Fish is Admirals, so maybe Beef should be Cowmans and Chicken could be Farmers.
Often wondered why Beef is named after a building!

I don't think that a pie of that nature has a hard and fast name. Queen-o-the-Damned's "chicken pot pie" sounds good though!

Hi,

I've never heard of this concoction, with minced chicken topped with potato (though it sounds perfectly reasonable) So I reckon I'd just have to call it 'dinner'.

Nice question, though.
