I get this problem from time to time. You could try the suggestions in the link below. Sometime they work, sometimes not. I guess it depends on the person. One thing that I found that makes mine worse, when I do have it, is taking too much antihistimines. Don't know why, but it affects me.

There a a lot of reasons why you could have restless leg syndrome. try doing legs squats every day Be sure your are getting enough water and iron in your system.

Dr. Gott says to place a bar of soap under the sheets, at the bottom of the bed. Sounds hoxy, but worth a try. I've never needed to experiment, but his column reports results. Good luck!

yes, there is. Lie on your back and bring each knee to you chest
ten times. Then do both legs at the same time for ten times. Works for me.

Try milk thistle suppliments. You should be able to find them at a local health food store.
