okay, take it from a girl, the one thing not to do is go up and say I love you. that would just ruin everything, you would be taking it waaaaaaaaay too fast. I think what you should do is start to talk to her often and after you become one of her friends she will probably start to like you. then you should ask her out and of course she will say yes. but becoming friends with her first will make your relationship, when it happens so much stronger. Best to initiate it by conversation. Become friends with her, then slowly begin to show that you have interest in her. Get to know more about her life, and let her know a little about you.
That is how a relationship begins... Just don't become too much friend, because then you guys both won't want to sacrifice friendship for intimacy.

there can be two cases one that just behaive like a friend and after somtime tell her about your love and the other is than if you keep on waiting this can be dangerous for you as if it become too late than may be someone else take her but according to me you wait for her if she moves towards onther then let her if your love is true and if ther is a small space for you in her heart then then ther is no power in this world who seperate both of you have trust on god and be honest with your love

i would say ask her if See likes you more then a friend or just as a friend. If she says more then a friend then you just gOT ot flirt with her. like tell her that shes pretty and that you love her eyes. but don't call her hot no girl likes to be called hot call her beautiful.
