In the last 7 months I have been eating very healthy; I've only drank water, milk, and juice for over a year; and I've been taking a good multivitamin, echinacea with vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamins A & D every day. I take probiotics when I can remember before I go to bed; and I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
3 weeks ago I had a sore throat, and I lost half of my voice, after about a week, I was pretty much over it. then 3 days ago I started coughing and my throat got sore again, I lost almost all of my voice yesterday, and I didn't have any energy at all! I didn't even feel like moving. I've been coughing up this nasty junk. and I feel a lot better today. I know this stuff is going around like crazy, but is there anything more I can do to prevent from getting it again?

Get rid of your general belief that there is some thing wrong with your immune system and with your health. Believe me.. your body can make anything, out of sheer air, required for your body provided your mind will not interfere in the process. Your intake of multivitamins, echinacea with vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamins A & D and all such stuff will definitely enrich the suppliers and the Doctors who prescribe them. Be natural, eat normal and drink plenty of water. You should stop drinking Milk unless you enjoy drinking it. Milk is for infants only; it will harm others(other than infants).Enjoy what life has provided you, wonderful-body, sun, moon. Do not think too much of your self.. ..Think about the less the privilised.. Rest will take care of itself.

first of all, you really don't need to spend money on vitamins, you can get it from real food. drink skim or 1%, milk, stay away from juices, eat fresh fruit all day long, and colored veggies, eat lean meat and fish, drink water instead of juice. more important eat breakfast,, fruit salad, egg, or low calorie toast brown bread or low sugar whole wheat cereals, sound like the flu you have, if it doesn't go away in a couple of days, should see the doctor. try to get 8 hours a night sleep, drink some green tea with honey and lemon. you can prevent flu's maybe by washing hands more. also if you have stress in your life it causes you to have a low immune system.

airborne.

For years I was sick for a week at the end of the school year (like 3rd grade to 6th grade) but after a while my immune system woke up and I haven't had anything more than a minor day cold since. Sometimes it takes time.

You could also go see a dr. to check for other conditions like anemia...

Have faith in God and be positive, and your resistance will increase.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives us air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives us water to drink and food to eat.
God gives us a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves us, and we are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
